I keep seeing posts about the soft trauma victims and the victims who apologize and are too nice and I feel y'all but please also support:

- the victims who are mean or closed off as a defense mechanism
- the victims who will lash out (unless it ends in abuse, which is a different story)
- the victims who are permanently/temporarily mute or nonverbal
- the victims who cry in the street and scream
- the victims who do drastic things like running away or hurting themselves
- the victims who can’t express emotions well because of their trauma
- the victims who are unfriendly and seem cold because they don’t want to be abused again

Please support these trauma victims too. I’ve been all of these, and we hate it just as much as you do. We’re trying, and our behavior and trauma might not fit your idea of the “good survivor”, but we’re trying so goddamn hard, so please show us some love too.

??? someone broke into my grandmas house while she was gone & shaved the matted fur off her cat

massivelimestonecube

i want to emphasize that the cat was the only thing altered here

massivelimestonecube

would also like to add that this occcurred sometime between 11 pm & 9 am. we have no leads. the cat is fine & probably appreciates not having a huge mat on his neck, but, like, that’s a really weird kind of vigilante justice, still
